What MUST Catholics believe regarding creation?

In the video one of the professors who supports evolution alludes to why evolutionists need millions of years.  He says he is a scientist.  However you can hear him says DNA improved over a period of time.  In science when you observe any element, none of them improve from their initial state.  They all deteriorate over a period of time.  So they are using a theory that is un-provable as the basis for another theory.

In the link below you can find some info about the soft tissues that were found in fossil findings.  Evolutionists claim that the dinosaurs went extinct 65 Million years ago.  No soft tissue can survive that long period.
