Yes.  Jesus claimed to be God.  He would be a liar if He knowing that He was not God and still claimed it anyway.  He would be a lunatic if He claimed to be God and He happens to be just a human.  We know from from the miracles and the ultimate miracle of His resurrection that He proved to be God and thus neither a liar nor a lunatic.
