In chapter 10, the blasts from the silver trumpets lend a decidedly military air to Israel’s Notice the order of the procession, particularly the way in which the Ark and the Tabernacle are situated in relation to the tribes. Who or what was at the very front, and what did that show? (See vss. 33-36 for help with this question.)

God, present in the Tabernacle was at the front. It showed that the Israelites trusted in God's directions.
